Baby Ezra
Get ready for some cuteness overload with today’s blog post! Last week, we had the privilege to capture this sweet boy’s lifestyle newborn pictures. Isn’t he just the cutest? Baby Ezra was such a trooper during his newborn session.
Newborn sessions are so much fun for me. I love being able to see these new babes. They are a precious reminder of how miraculous birth is. As a new mom myself, seeing these pictures gets me emotional. I reminisce over my sweet Emery Grace and remember that it was not long ago that she was this small. Morgan, let me tell you, it goes so fast girl, but each new stage brings along such beautiful and treasured moments that makes your love for your little one grow even more than you ever thought possible.
Let’s take a look into this sweet session!
The Session
Lifestyle Newborn sessions are different than some of the newborn pictures you may have seen from pictures on social media. Lifestyle newborn sessions capture life. They capture the clients in their most natural state. For this session I captured baby Ezra and his mama in the nursery documenting the decor of the nursery to the sweet natural interactions between him and his mother.
Ezra’s nursery was so precious with a sweet woodland animal theme. He has a beautiful crib and sweet sign with his name above. This served as a beautiful and personal backdrop for his session.
We started our session getting some sweet pictures of baby Ezra and his mom together. This helped him to be able to snuggle with mom and get comfortable in front of the camera. I absolutely loved this part of the session. The interactions between Ezra and his mother were so precious. You could see the love in his mother’s eyes as she held him and talked to him. The joy on her face said it all. You can tell she loves being this boy’s mommy!
Capturing Ezra
After we captured some moments with Ezra and mommy, we moved to capturing some images of Ezra. When capturing newborns, I focus on the sweet little details. I capture his sweet face, feet, hands, and his adorable head full of hair! All these are details parents love to remember about their baby. Ezra did a wonderful job. He was very alert through out the session, but this allowed me to be able to capture those beautiful blue eyes! He was so intrigued by my big camera! I must have worn him out, because when I left he settled in for a nice long nap. Being this cute can be so exhausting!
